Responsibilities:
● Respond to IT support requests via phone, email, and in-person, providing timely assistance to end-users.
● Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, performing diagnostics to resolve technical problems.
● Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, peripherals, and software applications.
● Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls to ensure data security.
● Conduct regular system updates and backups, ensuring compliance with IT policies.
● Maintain documentation of IT processes, procedures, and user guides for reference.
● Assist with the implementation of new technologies and provide training to staff as needed.

Requirements:
● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
● Proven experience in IT support or helpdesk roles.
● Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and common software applications.
● Knowledge of networking principles and troubleshooting techniques.
