Responsibilities:
● Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
● Create, curate, and schedule compelling content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
● Monitor and respond to comments and messages on social media channels on time.
● Analyze social media performance metrics and prepare reports to assess effectiveness and inform future strategies.
● Collaborate with other teams, including marketing and design, to ensure cohesive brand messaging across all channels.
● Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep our strategies innovative and effective.
Requirements:
● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
● Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
● Familiarity with social media analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Google Analytics) and graphic design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
